Very quick birth story for you.
Had few niggly period pains Saturday night but went to bed thinking they were nothing, woke at 4am having pains every 5 mins lasting only 25-30 seconds so fell back to sleep.
Woke up at 5am and they were every 3 mins and very strong, quickly rang mum she arrived to look after Dylan by 5.45am they were every 2 mins so we quickly grabbed my bags jumped in the car and I was almost pushing all the way to the hospital which is 30 mins drive.
Got to hospital at 6.15am and the midwife only just had time to take my trousers & knickers off He was born at 6.31am weighing 8lb 7oz and 50cm long.
I have only had 3 stitches and did it with no pain relief, had my tens on but ended up turning that off as I was fully dilated it wasn't helping much, hehe!
