In brief, Paul has now stopped seeing Wizzy altogether. He conistently started turning up late, returning her early and spending as little time with her as possible it seems. I really felt Wiz needed a consistent relationship with her Dad and I needed a regular vsiting time too soI could plan my day. Anyway he really wasn't happy with me saying that he could visit on Sunday from 10am till 6pm and that was it. Bearing in mind he has no regular work the Sunday really wasn't an issue, what he declared an issue was me 'dictating' when he could see his daughter!!! Anyway, since I have stated this visiting time and stuck to my guns he's not bothered seeing her and thats almost 5 weeks now.
Alongside the visitng issue Paul stated that unless he couldn't see Iz when he decided he wouldn't pay me any maintenance either, so, I haven't received any payment fom him for 5 weeks! Oh well, would rather not have a penny from me then think he can bribe me into submission.
We had Wiz's 'Thanksgiving' service on Feb 6th which was a fantastic day for everyone. Unforunately Paul put a stop to the christening, basically he wanted to chose 4 Godparents of his ownand invite his friends (which I eventually agreed to), he then shifted the goal posts again and said unless I changed my mind about he choice of on o my Godparents he wouldn't allow it to go ahead - ARRRRGHHHH! Anyway, he didn't even end up coming to her Thanksgiving service despite being invited.
BUT, on the positive side of things, I've met a new man called Howard who's lovely. he's 38yrs and a Freelance Marketing Executive living in Bath. We've been 'dating' since November and taking it slowly. He gets on really well with Wiz and dare Isay things are going quite well.
I've also sold my house and I'm moving to a 3 bed cottage ina little village neaer my sister. Its a lovely house with a 100ft garden and views accross hills and open farmland to die for. Hoping to be moving in the next couple of weeks. Am really excited!
I also have my little event horse 'Rock' back again (She'sbeen out on loan for the last 3 years), and I'm really looking forward to getting her fit from Easter time ready to compete in the summer and Autumn.
So, in general I 'think' things are on the up. I'm upset that Paul doesn't want to spendtime with his gorgeous daughter, that he's missing out on so very much but at the end of the day I must realise that its his choice and a decision he'll need to live with throughou his life.
Oh, we've also booked Centerparcs for Wizzy's birthday where 12 friends and family will be joining us and we're off to Lanzarote for a week with my brother, his partner and her 3 children, her sister, husband and their 3 children so plenty of playmates for Iz!!! Not quite the backpacking holidays around Africa I'm used to but heh ho.
Right, thats it for now, more next month, must try to make more entries.

Today my sister and Mum came over for coffee, nice you'd think eh? Well, Mum announced she's had P's Mum on the ohone from Spain onto her last night to ask Mum to pusuade me to let Paul's good for nothing friends come to the christening. Really couldn't believe what i was hearing! Its bad enough him harassing my parents constantly withou his Mum doing it as well. Did calm down eventually and told Mum I'd sort it out so he couldn't phone them plus I was seeing Lucy's lawyer about formal visiting arrangements in the new year.
Anyway - day went fairly well, got all Wizzy's new batch of food made until Mum telephoned again. This time Paul had left a message on their landline asking them to ask me whether I would text him about seeing Wizzy tomorrow! HE's really taking the biscuit somewhat now. As if I'm going to waste my money contacting him - what? Anyway, predicatably he rang later.. picked up the phone and it was silent. It rang again, picked it up and Paul said "I don't want to talk to you, I just want to leave a message so don't answer it next time i call'. So, put the phone down and he left a message:
"I'll be round tomorrow at 10.30am to pick up Wizzy, have her suff ready for her, hope you and Wizzy are well".
So tomorrow he's supposed to be arriving at 10.30 - bet you he arrives at 11am. Am going to have a nice day at the yard tidying everything up i think.. if he turns up!
Good idea this journal thing, has saved the poor formites having to listen tomy dribble!
