I have gained 2lbs

Ready brek and cup of de caff coffee
2 slices of pizza and a drink of water
Veg pie, pots & veg.
9 profiteroles!!!! and some water
Thursday
2 bowls of ready brek, lol! cup of coffee
Cheese sandiwch on wholemeal bread, fruit bar & some water
Veg stir fry and water
Huge cream & toffee bun

8am 2 rounds of toast (best of both bread) and 2 cups of de caff coffee.
12pm Spring veg soup & 2 rounds of bread.
4pm Cup of tea
6pm Quorn sausage casserole and garlic bread & glass of water
9pm 5 profiteroles & chocy sauce & glass of water.
Monday
8am Cup of de caff coffee
Breakfast at 9am I had bran flakes with full cream milk and a pint of milk to drink.
12pm a bowl of tuna, onion & sweetcorn salad (dh makes it for his lunch and stores it in a huge bowl in fridge, is lovely) and half a pint of milk.
3pm Twirl chocolate bar.
4pm small glass of water
7pm Turkish delight, yummy
I have snacked a little on chocy today only thing I could get at, been a busy day. Having an indian tonight to celebrate me getting a job
so lots of calories, not exactly healthy but food is food at the moment. I also have a pint of water next to me.
Not bad but still not enough really.
